Transparency regarding returns and cancellations.
Refunds are strictly applicable only under the following conditions:

When the delivery time has essentially exceeded our stated limits (5 minutes to 12 hours) and you have requested a refund.

If the delivered item is proven to be invalid, non-functional, or incorrect upon verification.
We cannot provide refunds in the following scenarios:

Incorrect Roblox username or account information provided by you.

Redeem codes that have been successfully delivered or already verified as used.

Mistakes caused by user error during the redemption process.

If you have chosen to proceed with a delayed purchase, the immediate refund option is waived unless mutual agreement is reached.
If you request a refund without any valid service failure on our part (e.g., change of mind),
you may be eligible for only 60% of the original payment returned, to cover processing and administrative fees.
