1. General

By accessing and making purchases on this website, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order. These terms apply to all users of our services, including purchases made through the website, Discord, or any other communication platform.

2. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • If you have concerns or trust issues, you may review our customer feedback available on our official review channels.
  • Prices listed on the website or confirmed by our team are final unless stated otherwise.

3. Required Information

  • For Roblox group payout purchases, you must provide your correct Roblox username and you MUST stay in the Roblox group "ShastaStudios Bangladesh" for 2 weeks.
  • For digital items such as redeem codes and game top-ups, you must provide a valid contact method (Facebook inbox, Discord DM, WhatsApp number).

4. Delivery Policy

  • All digital items, redeem codes, and top-ups will be delivered after payment is received.
  • Delivery will be made through the communication channel you selected (Facebook, Discord, or Whatsapp).
  • If we exceed the stated delivery time (5 minutes to 12 hours), you may request a full refund.
  • If you want a refund without any issues, you will get 60% back.
  • If you choose to wait longer and proceed with the purchase, the refund option is waived unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable when:

  • The delivery time has been exceeded and you requested a refund.
  • The item delivered is invalid or non-functional, and verification proves the issue.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Incorrect Roblox username or account information provided by the customer.
  • Redeem codes successfully delivered or already used.
  • Mistakes caused by user error during redemption.

6. Code & Item Validity

All redeem codes and digital items are verified before delivery. Once delivered, we are not responsible for any code redemption issues arising from:

  • Region restrictions
  • User error
  • Delayed redemption leading to expiration

7. Fraud & Disputes

  • Any attempt at fraudulent chargebacks or false claims will result in service denial and reporting to relevant platforms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any user suspected of fraudulent behavior.
  • We hold all rights of ShastaRobux. You cannot use our name or group to resell. We do not allow it, otherwise we will take legal action.
